Annual Allowable Rent Adjustment
Wednesday, April 30th, 2008The annual allowable automatic rent adjustment rate for rental units subject to RSO is based upon changes in the Consumer Price Index. The current rate through June 30, 2008 is 5%. Effective July 1, 2008, the automatic rent adjustment rate will be 3% through June 30, 2009.
