ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a new member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new relationships with motivated sellers and buyers of commercial real estate properties. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prospecting for motivated sellers and investors of commercial real estate in Southern California through the use of our proven strategies and systems.
- Building a strong referral base.
- Completing proposals to exclusively market commercial properties.
- Researching property owners.
- Following up with clients and leads on a regular basis and in a timely manner.
- Researching apartment sales, on-market deals, pertinent real estate periodicals and articles to obtain up to date market information.
- Interacting with prospective buyers and providing them with new deals on the market.
- Obtaining and presenting offers.
- Working with your assigned supporting agent to build and develop sales techniques.
- Attending training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
